COMPANY HISTORY
In 1981, Ron Deblinger introduced the world to Telephone On Hold Messaging. From his humble beginnings in a 900 square-foot office in North Miami, Florida with only one recording studio, Ron brought sound to On Hold silence with Audiocom, Inc. The company originally provided productions primarily for the travel industry and cable television operators around the country, but expanded quickly to include a wide variety of businesses.
Audiocom has established itself as a leader in Telephone On Hold Messaging with offices in Miami and Phoenix, serving thousands of clients worldwide. We have a staff of over 30 copywriters, voice talents and production engineers who are dedicated to satisfying the On Hold Messaging needs of each client. After Ron Deblinger’s untimely death in 2001, the torch was passed on to Michelle Deblinger.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Michelle Deblinger joined Audiocom in 1983 as the company’s Director of Marketing, and was promoted to Vice President in 1989. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Michelle Deblinger is building on Audiocom’s past successes; and with a clear vision of the future, she is leading the company into new products and services for the added needs of our clients.
